Important Notes
1. At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration by the requested registration deadline.
2. The student price is only applicable to the First author who is a student currently.
3. For those listeners, who do not need to submit a paper or an abstract to the conference, we advise you to follow the registration form and finish registration. Easy and quick!

Keynote Speakers

Nadhir Al-Ansari
Nadhir Al-Ansari received the Ph.D. degree in water resources engineering from the University of Dundee, in 1976. He is currently a Professor with Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. He previously worked with Baghdad University, from 1976 to 1995, and with Al-Bayt University, Jordan, from 1995 to 2007. He has served several academic administrative posts, including the dean and the head of Department. His publications include more than 673 articles in journals and 21 books. He has executed more than 60 major research projects in Iraq, Jordan, and U.K.

Waleed Al-Nuaimy
Waleed Al-Nuaimy received the B.Sc. degree in electronic and telecommunications engineering from Nahrain University, Baghdad, Iraq, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, U.K., in 1999.,Since 1999, he has been with the Signal Processing Research Group, Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, University of Liverpool. His current research interests include automated analysis of data, autonomous systems, human–computer interaction, automated analysis of nondestructive testing, and biomedical data and machine learning for behavioral analysis

Saba Y. Ahmed
Saba Y. Ahmed was born in Hilla, Iraq in 1974. She received the B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Babylon, in 1996, M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 from the University of Babylon and the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 from university of Baghdad. She was professor in Fluid and heat transfer from 5-1-2020 till now at the University of Babylon, College of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering

Alaa J. Mousa
Dr. Alaa J. Mousa has more than 20 years of experience in ICT sector since he graduated as a Telecom Engineer in 1999 and holds MSC and PhD in Telecommunications in 2002 and 2007 respectively. He worked as a lecturer and researcher at Al-Nahrain University for five years and then head RND team at the same university. He held chief technical officer (CTO) in many telecom operators. In 2014 he joined Earthlink Telecoms as the Director of the Planning; later he received one of the biggest challenges as the CEO of the National Internet Project to build the largest telecommunications infrastructure project in Iraq within one year, which was successfully accomplished. Now he occupied the Deputy CEO of Earthlink Telecoms. He has three published papers in the field of smart antennas technologies for mobile communication systems.

Mohammed Y. Jabbar
Mohammed Y. Jabbar was born in Hilla, Iraq in 1978. He received the B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Babylon, in 2001, M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 2004 from the University of Babylon and currently Ph. D. student in Mechanical Engineering University of Babylon. He was professor in Fluid and heat transfer from 2021 till now at the University of Babylon, College of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
